On Your Terms Coaching ABN 72 678 772 033 ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information, and how you can access and correct it.

We collect information directly from you when you enquire, book, sign a Coaching Agreement, attend sessions, access our training programs, or communicate with us. We do not collect more information than is reasonably necessary.

Our services are directed at adults (18+) operating or starting businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
